Vážené šermiarky,

predkladaný formulár slúži výlučne na registráciu do HEMA turnaja „Žilinská miss HEMA“, ktorý sa uskutoční 28. júna 2025 v telocvični Súkromnej základnej školy, Oravská cesta 11, Žilina.

Čestne prehlasujeme, že poskytnuté osobné údaje budú použité výlučne na účely organizácie turnaja a nebudú zdieľané s tretími stranami (okrem HEMA Ratings). Ak máte záujem o anonymizáciu profilu v HEMA ratings dajte nám o tom vedieť!
